We are thrilled to announce that FFAIR’s CMO, Katie Whatley, has been appointed to the Event Supplier and Services Association (ESSA) board.

This coveted appointment allows Katie to continue the commitment of the FFAIR team of being active participants in the events ecosystem. As well as serving the ESSA, Katie aims to build stronger relationships with top-tier suppliers and service providers in the exhibition industry today. 

FFAIR has been a member of ESSA since its inception alongside a number of our partners including Jonas Event Technology, and Katie has been involved with the association for nearly 10 years through her previous roles.

Speaking about her appointment, Katie commented: “In this pivotal time for our industry, it is crucial to ensure that ESSA is both visible and valued by its members and the event professional community. I am inspired by ESSA's growth over the past three years and recognise the potential for even greater engagement. My experience in event technology and as an event organiser places me in a unique position to serve ESSA, its membership, and the wider events community from a place of experience and passion. I cannot wait to get started!"
