After months of waiting, we can finally announce that FFAIR has been selected as a finalist for the 2024 UFI Operations & Services Award! This recognition highlights our commitment to excellence in the exhibition industry and reinforces our dedication to making the lives of exhibitors and event organisers easier.

"The topic this year was: “Customer expectations & needs in 2024: Leveraging strategic partnerships or digital solutions to enhance customer experience.” It sought to recognise and celebrate innovative approaches to customer service that either fostered close cooperation with strategic partners and/or harnessed the power of digital solutions.
