Putting Our Customers First: What the Promotion of Our Head of Customer Success Means for You

One person’s promotion at FFAIR wouldn’t usually form the basis of a public announcement. However, this time, we’re celebrating a very special milestone: the promotion of Lisa McBride, who now steps into the role of CXO.

As we move into the next phase of growth at FFAIR, ensuring our customers - event organisers, suppliers, and exhibitors - continue to receive the exceptional service they expect from us is paramount.

Since joining FFAIR 12 months ago, Lisa has improved our customer experience tenfold. From streamlining the onboarding process which allows event organisers to start saving time from day one, to building the KnowledgeBase, our go-to hub for answers and solutions, Lisa has made a huge impact. She also launched the Healthcheck, a pre-launch review by the Customer Success team to ensure event teams are fully prepared to maximise the platform’s potential.

Lisa has become the vital link between our customers and the development team, quickly translating feedback into actionable solutions. Her proactive approach has bridged the gap between technical development and customer needs, speeding up the process to deliver an outstanding experience for FFAIR users.

But it’s more than just these enhancements. It’s about helping you get the most out of your investment in FFAIR. As we move into 2025, we’re doubling down on empowering our users. We’ll be creating more content to help you become a FFAIR super-user and sharing success stories from teams who are embracing growth without adding stress or pressure to their resources.
