New Sales Hire for FFAIR

We are SUPER excited to announced the appointment of Billy Callway as our new Sales Lead, reinforcing the FFAIR’s commitment to growth and innovation in the event technology sector.
Callway is a respected event technologist within the association industry, having spent the last five years delivering virtual events and implementing event technology platforms for association event organisers.
He first engaged with FFAIR during his tenure at the British Society for Rheumatology, gaining first-hand experience of the platform’s capabilities. With extensive expertise in event management and technology, Callway brings a deep understanding of event tech stack implementation and optimisation for events teams.
This announcement follows closely on the heels of Lisa McBride's promotion from Head of Customer Success to Chief Experience Officer (CXO), further bolstering FFAIR’s leadership team. Additionally, we've recently secured a number of multi-year contract wins, reinforcing its position as a leading provider of online exhibitor manuals and ecommerce solutions.
